Domain Validation
The applicant must be able to set up a mail account specified by us at the domain to be applied for.
Organization Validation
Depending on the type of organization and whether it is registered with Teikoku Databank, you may be required to submit a certified copy of the company registry, certificate of registered seal (Inkan Shomeisho), etc. separately.
Extended Validation
A copy of corporate registration (Tokibo Tohon) and certificate of registered seal (Inkan Shomeisho), or proof of ownership of the Teikoku Databank code domain (confirmation of WHOIS database registration or proof of ownership of the domain issued by the registrar) is required.
