We have a difficult announcement to make.
It is with regret that Tsukaeru.net has decided to discontinue VPS plans with 「Window Server 2008/2008 R2 (Container)」on August 31th, 2019.
Since the life cycle policy of OS 「Window Server 2008/2008 R2 (Container)」 has ended last year, we are lacking the resources to continue
improving and maintaining the existing services in the manner you all deserve.
Also, Virtualization vendor is unable to provide patch for protecting OS Vulnerability,
and therefore, there is a possibility of being hit by attacks such as exploiting the vulnerability.
Please be guided accordingly in the following details;
■ Subject Services
・「Window Server2008/2008R2」（Except US server, Tsukaeru Cloud）
Customer who started service during July, 2010 - July, 2016.
■ Service End Date
August 31th, 2019
All built in functions such as Website, Control Panel, Email Server function, and all other functions will be disable completely after August 31th, 2019.
In addition, customer will not be able to access all of data that is stored in the server as well.
We would like you to ask to download all data before August 31th, 2019.
We will start Big Campaign (Max 50%OFF) in June, so please consider to migrate to new our server.
■ Substitute services offer
Tsukaeru.net has released new VPS plans with latest OS 「Window Server 2012 R2」and 「FX専用VPS」.

■ Data migration to latest Tsukaeru.net services plan
Customer is responsible for carrying out all the migration process.
However, we offer Fee-based-support for data migration.

■ Refund
We will refund your money on regarding to the terms and conditions concerning the remaining period.

*We will calculate the refund amount with a remaining contract period after September 1st, and adjustment of the contract termination date,
then will add balance to your account.
This balance can be used for the next payment for new servers, etc.
